1. Marks certificate of the class last passed (two attested photocopies)
2. Provisional/Transfer certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original Only).
3. Character certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original only)
4. Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate
5. Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
6. Affidavits
7. Reserved Category certificate from the competent authority as stated in SRO-126/294 (original & two attested photocopies

B. For CBSE Students
1. Marks certificate of the 10th class (two attested photocopies)
2. Marks certificate of the 12th class (two attested photocopies)
3. Provisional/Transfer certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original Only).
4. Character certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original only).
5. Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
6. Three copies of recent passport size photograph.
7. Affidavits
8. Reserved Category certificate from the competent authority as stated in SRO-126/294 (original & two attested photocopies)
9. Eligibility Certificate
10. Migration certificate in original along with an attested copy.
11. Transfer certificate in original with an attested copy
